Almond, cardamom & cocoa nibs spread

Some flavour combinations just make sense. This is one of them.

We've built this spread around 82% almonds which creates a naturally smooth, creamy base that carries the cardamom just enough to feel it without being overwhelmed by it. The cocoa nibs cut through with a quiet bitterness and a crunch that rounds the whole thing out.

Bold on paper. Surprisingly balanced in the jar.

It's the kind of spread that makes you stop and think about what you're tasting - not because it's complicated, but because the ingredients are doing exactly what they're supposed to.

Spread it on toast, swirl it into oatmeal, layer it onto crêpes or pancakes. It works anywhere a good nut spread does - it just leaves a slightly more interesting impression.
