Our Story
It all started with a simple craving: that deep, honest flavour that brings you back — to childhood afternoons, warm kitchens, and spoonfuls of something truly comforting. The kind of taste that tells a story.
One of us grew up surrounded by French pastry traditions, the other on an island rich with tropical flavours and sweet memories. We met in Vancouver, and quickly realized we shared the same dream: to create something better — something real.
We couldn’t find spreads that let the nuts shine, without fillers or shortcuts. So we started crafting our own. Rich, honest recipes made from exceptional nuts, thoughtfully blended into silky, flavourful spreads. Nothing unnecessary — just the pure pleasure of quality ingredients, done right.

Our Philosophy
We believe good food starts with bold choices. At Au Pralin, every spread is made with 56% to 64% nuts — far more than most spreads on the market.
We’re deliberate with every ingredient:
• High-quality nuts, carefully roasted for depth and flavour
• No palm oil, no unnecessary additives
• Less sugar, so the natural richness of the nuts can shine
