We currently ship throughout British Columbia only. We also offer a local delivery option for customers in downtown Vancouver.

Order Processing Time

We work quickly to prepare and ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@aupralin.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order goes into production.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your exact location and your chosen carrier. The total shipping cost will be displayed for your approval before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with further tracking information.

Returns & Damaged Items

Due to the artisanal and food-safe nature of our spreadables, we do not accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective jar, please email us immediately at info@aupralin.com with photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and make it right.
